I am using 3dVol2Surf to map functional volumes on surface. In the output of
the program, there are some missing node values. Seems that these nodes are
"out of bounds" points (there are 427 out of 150325 in one case).
What does it mean for a node to be out of bounds? Is it possible to have 3dVol2Surf
print values for all nodes (and have a 0 or some flag for out of bounds nodes)?
I am converting the output 1D file in to a caret "metric" file, which has a similar
format (just two columns with node# and value). However, it does not accept
missing values.
