Hi Chris,

This is from the change that Dr. Cox made at the end of
December, last year. To preserve the 'old' method, Dr. Cox
added the AFNI_RESCAN_METHOD environment variable, which
you probably want to set to "Replace". Otherwise, afni will
not re-read the data from disk.
