Hello All,

I like to make sure Three issues in creating Talairach Space Surface Models with ConvertSuface:

ConvertSurface –i_fs SurfIn –o_ply SurfIn.tlrc.ply –sv SurfVol+orig –tlrc

First one is that "SurfVol+orig" is Talairach-ed Surface Volume or original surface volume created by "@SUMA_Make_Spec_FS" ?

Second one is that how to create Talairach-ed Surface Volume in AFNI or SUMA.

Third one is that do I need to convert functional data into Talairach space? If so, how to do that?
