Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Hello Yang,

#1: The Surface Volume, following the -sv option is the one created by @SUMA_Make_Spec_FS. If you want to create a Talairach-ed version of the surface (with the -tlrc option) you must also have the +tlrc version of the Surface Volume

#2: Creating the Talairach versions (+tlrc) of the Surface Volume is done using AFNI. Check out the documentation in the tutorial file: [afni.nimh.nih.gov]
You can also download test data from this link [afni.nimh.nih.gov]

#3: You will also have to transfrom the functional data which is done via the program adwarp, once Surface Volume has been transformed to Talairach space.
