AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I have functionl data mapped to a surface, in Caret "metric" format. This is
basically the node index and the corresponding functional value. My hope
is to use various volume programs like 3dttest on these functions. Do I need
to convert these metric files (surface) to brik format (volume), and if so, how?
[The functional data was changed (morphed) on the surface, so it is not exactly
the same as the original functional brik that was mapped to the surface.]
I was assuming one would use 3dSurf2Vol for this, but after looking
at its help it is not obvious where I would put the ascii file which just has the
index # and the value. Thanks.
