AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Rutvik,

That 1D format of "index" and value (or many values) is
the proper format to use with the '-sdata_1D' option in
3dSurf2Vol. Please see '3dSurf2Vol -help' for info on that.

As a separate note, if you have a handful of values per
node, and you want to basically run 3dttest on two lists
of values for each node, you can do that in 1D format
without going to a volume dataset. Perhaps an ugly example
would be:

3dttest -set1 i.1D'[1]' i.1D'[2]' -set2 i.1D'[3]' i.1D'[4]'
