Greetings AFNI friends,

I could use some clarification on the to3d program; at present I am attempting to convert files in Stimulate format to AFNI format. I used single shot EPI; 64x64 matrix; 8 slices, TR 2.0s, a 4 min. scan, with a total of 960 images (120 timepts x 8 slices). I have written my command line as....

to3d -epan -prefix new_name -xFOV 100.0R-100.0L -yFOV 100.0A-100.0P -time:tz 120 8 2000 seq+z 3D:0:0:64:64:960:name_of_file.std

- the image is totally scrambled! The problem is that I am unsure of the manner in which the z slices were collected & am unfamiliar with the usage of the 'tz'. Is there any help for me & this data?
