Rich,
All is well. I am using the exact file that I sent you; 31457280 for jes11-17-1-12.sdt and also contained within the directory is jes11-17-1-12.spr that is 56
Here's what I have done .....
FMRI_2>4swap jes11-17-1-12.sdt
-- opened jes11-17-1-12.sdt........
Then ......
FMRI_2>to3d -epan -prefix new_name -xFOV 100.0R-L -yFOV 100.0A-P -time:zt 8 240 1000 seq+z 3Di:0:0:64:64:1920:jes11-17-1-12.sdt
This creates a scrambled image when I click on 'View image' in the to3d.
However, if I use the 4swap command line twice on the data, the image looks correct (and then use the to3d command) the image looks correct, even in AFNI.
So, very good news in that the image is correct when viewed in afni (8 slices) & the timeseries is also present. My only question is what exactly the 4swap does - but I will check the documentation. I haven taken up enough of your time. Thanks again for your (and Rick's help).
