AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Jim,
If I leave the Intensity slider to its default ** everything looks the same when comparing 1clust with 1clust_order. But, if I put the Intensity slider to 9, then far fewer 1clust_order clusters appear, however the 1clust clusters remain the same.

I ask these basic questions because I was trying to use 3dclust on these clusters, but the table results were not what I would expect (talairch cluster coordinates all over the place in and out of the brain). So, I am trying to better understand what refers to what, and when and where the cluster formation criteria apply.
Any other thoughts would be much appreciated. Thanks.
Darren
