Slice timing

Hi!

Please, could be someone so kind to give me a hint, if there is any differences between those time shifting options in AFNI:
1) 3dVolreg -tshift
2) 3dTShift like in the HowTo
3) 3dDeconvolve -tshift

I think that this should be done only once and it does not really matter, what way I take... Right? Please, let me know, if I am wrong.
