Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

You are correct in your description of what I have done. I used the "real baseline" (rest) as a task on its own so it would not be confused with task B as a baseline.

The reason I wanted to try this way was because I wanted to directly compare tasks A and B without taking the baseline into account. Could you suggest a better way of doing this, or help me understand why what I did was not appropriate?
