I've been playing around with the -glt flag but I am not yet sure I am doing it properly.


I have added this to my command

-glt 1 /Raid/shared/exp/REWARD/imaging/r07/glm/extracted_buckets/p_vs_n_glt -glt_label 1 p_vs_n_glt

where the p_vs_n_glt looks like this

0.0 -1 0.0 1

I have three conditions neutral reward and punnish and I would like to test punnish vs. reward.

Does it look like I am on the right track?
