May I take a look at your data and command?
If you would, please put the following into a new directory:
- the input AFNI dataset
- the input 1D file
- a text file containing your 3dfim+ command
- the output dataset (i.e. please run your command)
If there is anything that I would be missing there, please
include it. Then create a tgz file for that directory.
With that, please go to the upload web site:

afni.nimh.nih.gov]
and upload the tgz file. Then please let me know.
