AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi all,

I have three ( first echo, second echo and T2* map) diifferent functional data sets which were scanned almost at the same time of one subject. T2* map images are very poor quality as there are lots noises outside of the brain. I am wondering if I can apply 3dvolreg to do motion correcton on this data set. So what I paln to do:

First I do motion correction on the first or second echo data

3dvolreg -base '01+orig[0]' -1Dfile 01mc.1D -prefix 01mc 01+orig

Then: I woudl like to apply to this 01mc.1D file to the t2* map file for achiving the motion correcton data.

I don't how to do. Or any other way I can try. Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated,

Thanks,

Lucy
