The -surf_A option on your command line specifies the surface's state instead of its name. Replacing "-surf_A stdSphere.reg" with "-surf_A bob001_lh_mesh160_stdSphere.reg.asc" should do the trick.

BTW: I am curious as to why you are smoothing on the sphere instead of on the anatomically correct surfaces.
