AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

1. If your f-statistic is "labeled properly" (according to the help) it should
figure it out itself. If you generated it with 3dAnova, I'd guess it should
be properly labeled. If it doesn't work, let me know, and I'll look through
the code.

2. For multiple hotspots, I'd just run a different cluster analysis, with
a higher z-value threshold. I don't think there's a way to do this in
3dclust or 3dmerge automatically. You'd have to set the z-threshold
high enough to separate the hotspots into different clusters. Then there
would probably be some really cool way to recombine the outputs of
large cluster and small cluster/hotspot data. I'd have to think about that,
depending on what you wanted for a final result.
