Surely you jest!
Here are the command lines I used for the particular participant (for whom I have uploaded all the necessary files in the tar'd directory JeremySkipper.tgz):
foreach x (002)
foreach H (lh rh)
foreach LC (av.pa)
3dVol2Surf -spec mcgurk"$x"_"$H"_mesh160_std.spec -surf_A mcgurk"$x"_"$H"_mesh160_stdSmoothwm.asc -surf_B mcgurk"$x"_"$H"_mesh160_stdPial.asc -sv mcgurk"$x"_SurfVol_Alnd_Exp+orig -grid_parent mcgurk.deconvolution+reg."$LC"."$x"+orig -map_func ave -f_steps 10 -f_index voxels -oob_index -1 -oob_value 0.0 -no_headers -out_1D "$H".160.mcgurk.deconvolution+reg."$LC"."$x".1D
SurfSmooth -spec mcgurk"$x"_"$H"_mesh160_std.spec -surf_A mcgurk"$x"_"$H"_mesh160_stdSmoothwm.asc -add_index -met LB_FEM -input "$H".160.mcgurk.deconvolution+reg."$LC"."$x".1D\[6..17] -Niter 100 -fwhm 8 -add_index -output "$H".160.sm8.mcgurk.deconvolution+reg."$LC"."$x".1D
end
end
end
I have now tried different blurs: @ fwhm 2-6 (100 interations) the blur looks nice but @ 8-12 the the phenomenon shown in the right two maps at [
home.uchicago.edu] occurs (the left most map shown in that picture is no blur)....
I've yet to try varying the number of interations.
Thanks,
Jeremy
