Afni help docs states that -nfirst default option is the 'maximum of the maximum maxlag'.
What does it happen if I set -nfirst 0 or 1 or another value less than 'max maxlag'?
Example script:
3dDeconvolve \
-input session+orig.HEAD \
-nfirst 0 \
-num_stimts 1 \
-stim_file 1 motorio_stim.1D \
-stim_label 1 motorio \
-stim_minlag 1 0 -stim_maxlag 1 6 \
-fitts motorio_fitts \
-fout -bucket motorio_stats
If I set -nfirst 1, do 'motorio_stats' and 'motorio_fitts' change?
(In this script example, 'max maxlag' is equal to 6?)
Thanks in advance for your kind reply.
Ciao
