AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I'm getting this error, but I'm not sure why-

<100> 3dvolreg -verbose -verbose -base ../../analysis/average.brain+orig -cubic -prefix rn_3104a3.brain.reg -dfile rn_3104a3.brain.reg.txt rn_3104a3.brain+orig
++ Reading in base dataset ../../analysis/average.brain+orig.BRIK
** Input ./rn_3104a3.brain+orig.HEAD and base ../../analysis/average.brain+orig.HEAD don't have same grid spacing!
Input: dx=-0.016 dy=-0.016 dz=-0.150
Base: dx=-0.016 dy=-0.016 dz=-0.150
** FATAL ERROR: perhaps you could make your datasets match?

hmmm... they look the same to me!

The ZSLAB parameters are different, but the spacing is the same? Anything else I should check?
