AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Try running:

3dAttribute DELTA ./rn_3104a3.brain+orig
3dAttribute DELTA ../../analysis/average.brain+orig

That will give you the dxyz values, with accuracy of a
32 bit float. The 3dvolreg program prints out values
rounded to 3 places after the decimal.

Assuming they are slightly different, you may want to
ponder "why?". Will you want to just resample one to
match the other? Or will you need to trace back in one
dataset's history, to find where such values were set?
Note that "3dinfo" should provide the command history
for a dataset.

You can use "3dresample -dxyz ..." to resample a
dataset.
