AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

This command line was indeed the fix for a time. I have just started a new experiment with an extended scan, however, where I collect 10800 images over 15 minutes (450 reps) with a TR = 2s and 24 interleaved slices. However the command line:

to3d -prefix raw -time:zt 24 450 2s alt+z *.dcm

executed in the directory of the DICOM image files keeps giving me a

"Argument list too long" error, even when I remove the "-prefix" argument.

Is there a limit to the number of slices to3d can process?
