AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

in trying to visualize retinotopy data, i used 3ddelay as follows:

3ddelay -nodsamp -nfirst 30 -uR -input te_ang+orig -ideal_file ref_fun30s.1D -fs .5 -T 60 -prefix te_ang_d30s

this should output an reference wave, w/ 60s period and in radians units.

however, when in the DEFINE FUNCTION window of afni, the range is between 0 and 480. this is, in turn, screwing up the circular color map. it should be assigning 0, 60, 120, 180...etc. the same color, and likewise 61, 121, 181...ect.

and, it just so happens that we have 240tps (i.e. 480s) worth of data. somehow, the output of 3ddeelay is not converting to radians, and i think this is screwing up the range.

any suggestions?
