AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I have an fMRI data set made up of 500 slices, 5 slice for each volume, TR(repetition time)=3 s.
The stimolation task (only 1 task) is:
0-20 s --> ON
20-40 s --> OFF
40-60 s --> ON
...
480-500 --> ON
so the number of volumes for each semiperiod (ON or OFF) is not integer, because TR=3 s.
Which is the best way to analyze this data?
In particular, when I use 3dDeconvolve, how must be the 'stim_file'?

Thank you in advance for your kind reply.
