AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi,

Some time ago I asked about creating a time series movie to show subject motion. Bob wrote back suggesting I use the "Rec" button to do so. At the time it all worked fine when I tried it. Now I've gone back to do it again (several AFNI updates later) and I'm having problems.

When I save the images to an mpeg, and play back the mpeg, the image is cropped. What is wierd is that for coronals and axials, the movie is cropped almost down the midline, yet for sagittals it crops the lower half. Any idea what is going on? I've tried this on 2 machines and 2 different data sets.

thanks
