hi,

i'm creating group maps with SUMA with standard meshes. I have somatosensory data and need to flip one patient's data R-L for group averaging (contralesional activation).

my question is:

are the standard mesh .1D files i generated with 3dVol2Surf using the same node numbers? in which case in my 3dAnova2 i can just use the opposite hemisphere *.1D data as if it was from it's opposite hemisphere.
