is there an afni tool for rotating a label volume?

Folks:

Is there an afni program which knows how to transform (rotate etc) a BRIK containing voxel values that represent labels?

Ie: the voxel values are categorical, or maybe simply a mask, and hence when rotated and "interpolated" the values should *not* be arrived at by some sort of analog interpolation (as in 3drotate).
