AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Hi,

So exactly what directory are the AFNI programs in?

The HowTo for this should still be very helpful. The
only difference you are going to find is the directory
where you have put the AFNI executables. But you can
put them basically anywhere.

Has AFNI been installed for more than a day? Do you
get any output from the command "locate file_tool"?

Also, please verify which shell you are running with
the command, "echo $SHELL". Hopefully it is /bin/tcsh.
