There is a problem when you use oblique slices (slanted relative to the anatomical MP-RAGE). You may have trouble getting the EPI and MP-RAGE data to align. We've not yet figured that one out totally.

Also, we've had reports that some Siemens DICOM mosaics are interleaved and some are not. This variation can cause problems, too.
