AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello all
a simple question, I think
1dcat adds columns to a file

we are meant to provide 1D files the full length of concatenated runs even if we input the data , but I don't see a simple way to do this in AFNI.
Another local lab uses Xcel to do this..
am I missing something?

I assume wavering should happen (we are still using waver at the moment as we are scurrying to be ready for SFN) on individual run 1D files, with numout set to run length rather than return to O, then concatenated for the full length model- please correct any misguided notions

thanks!
Alison
