AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

You are correct, the extents show the ranges of voxel centers
in each direction. The field of view is one voxel wider than
the extent.

Note also that those numbers are rounded to 3 places beyond
the decimal. More accuracy may be obtained by getting the
origin from 3dAttribute. The origin is the center of voxel 0,0,0.
In your case, with an ASL orientation, the output should be
approximately -119.531, 119.531, 88.3. But you may see more
accuracy there.

Try: 3dAttribute ORIGIN Volume+orig
Try: 3dAttribute DELTA Volume+orig
Try: 3dAttribute -all Volume+orig
