Option -make_consistent added to make the winding
of the mesh consistent.

Checks and warns about mesh's winding inconsistency.

Added NN_geom, nearest neighbor interpolation option.
Combined with -match_vol or -match_area, this geometry
smoothing mode can be used to inflate surfaces.
+ SurfaceMetrics:
Option -vol calculates the volume of the closed surface.
