From some message I knew that normalizing the data before deconvolve might underestimate the percent change of signal in some cases, then if I wanted to normalize my data after deconvolution ,How should I do? I felt sorry for my poor mathematical experience!Alhough you had explained this some time before(100*y(t)/a0 = 100 + (100*a1/m)*t + (100*b/m) * s(t) + e1(t), p1 = 100*b/a0; 100*y(t)/m = 100*a0/m + (100*a1/m)*t + (100*b/m) * s(t) + e2(t),p2 = 100*b/m = 100*b/a0 * a0/m = a0/m * p1), but I could not figure out the resolution in AFNI way.
