AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Vinai,

I will begin working on that this week.

There is now one such scanner set up in a group that is very close to ours,
here at NIH. We will be looking at the timing involved in writing the files to
disk, and whether there is any useful pattern to the filenames that are chosen.

It would be useful if you had a couple of sample directories of scanned data.
If there are any differences between your platform and the ones here, in terms
of the timing and naming structures that are used, it would be good to consider
them in the design.

Please feel free to send me email directly.

Thanks,

- rick
