AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Thanks Rick. Looks like my data wasn't resampled after all.

What I was looking at earlier was through "Define datamode ->Misc -> Olay Info" from the AFNI GUI and that showed "outfile" dimensions as 1.00x1.00x1.00. I assumed that this called 3dinfo to display this information and it probably does. What I didn't realize was that my GUI was set to ACPC view. Converting to ACPC is probably what creates the resampling. Switching it back to Orig view set it back to the original voxel dimensions.

Running 3dinfo explicitly from command line shows the original data dimensions as 3.75x3.75x6.00 which seems right.

Thanks again - I'm a newbie and still learning the inner workings of AFNI :).
