AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Iggy,

Would you be able to upload the data for this command,
so that I can reproduce it here?

If that is okay, it would be great to get:

- active-lp+orig.*
- full-mask+orig.*
- runs.1D
- full_stimulus.1D
- active.dfile

If you feel like it, you could even upload the assisted
and passive data. I cannot tell where the seg fault
occured, since the error still shows your $i variable.

Note that if this happens for just one subject, it is
often the case that there is something strange about
that data, like a stimulus file with all zeros.

At any rate, if you upload the data (via "Upload Data",
above [afni.nimh.nih.gov]),
I will look at it.
