AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

History of AFNI updates

I was afraid that was going to happen.

I updated binaries this morning after several attempts to run the deconvolution script.

AFNI version =
Version AFNI_2005_01_03_1411
[[Precompiled binary linux_gcc32: Feb 1 2005]]

I have also tried it on another machine without the updates and get the same failure. That one has AFNI ver =
Version AFNI_2005_01_03_1411
[[Precompiled binary linux_gcc32: Jan 3 2005]]

Still fails on both machines.

I'm not sure what else to try. It's just that subject and one other that fail. All of the others with data prepped in the exact same way works fine.
