Hi Gang,
Sorry for not being clear. We are currently using the continuous 6 minutes of baseline to model the drift in deconvolve, and are treating fixation as an additional task. However, either the continuous 6 minutes or the interspersed 3 minutes of fixation could be used as the deconvolve baseline. Given that choice, which one would be better? Is there any way to know?
