AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello Oori,

That is because -surf_A specifies the name of the surface as it exists in the spec file. In fact, -surf_A does not have to be fully specified. For example if in the spec file you have a surface called LH_WHITE and one called LH_GRAY , you can just use -surf_A WHITE or -surf_A GRAY to load lh_WHITE and lh_GRAY, respectively. Do not use -surf_A LH_ however because that string does not uniquely identify one surface (you have in this example 2 surfaces that begin with LH_ ).

cheers,
-ziad
