You have two different afni distribution directories in
your path. Given the error message about the plugin
/home/julia/abin/plug_3Ddump_V2.so, I will guess that you
want to run your ~/abin binaries, and that you have set
AFNI_PLUGINPATH to /home/julia/abin in your ~/.afnirc file.
If that is correct, edit your ~/.cshrc file, and remove the
/usr/local/anfi/bin directory from your path. If it is not
there, perhaps you need to ask your system administrator to
do one or two of the following:
- update the binaries in /usr/local/afni/bin
- remove the binaries from /usr/local/afni/bin
- remove /usr/local/afni/bin from the general PATH
If you can remove /usr/local/afni/bin from your path in
your ~/.cshrc file, then you are set (but you will want to
logout and back in first). Otherwise, you could consider
putting ~/abin at the front of your path (and again, logout
and back in).
Feel free to give me more information about what you have,
and what you want.
