Hi Patrick,

A couple of issues here:

(1) Your version of GroupAna seems to be a little old. Please download the most recent version and replace the old one:

http://afni.nimh.nih.gov/sscc/gangc/Download.html

(2) Your design should be type 2 in GroupAna instead of 3.

(3) You can also run the group analysis with 3dANOVA2 -type 3. And make sure you have the most recent version of the whole AFNI package because we recently made some modifications in 3dANOVA2 as well.
