Hi Rick,

I collected some data recently in 3T1, but have problems to do transformation to AC-PC and TLRC of MPRAGE datasets. I copied these MPRAGE files from postssium after Jerzy's real time setup, but they are EPAN type. So I changed it to SPGR type, but still I cannot do transformation. I don't know what's the problem.

BTW, if I do to3d for the raw DICOM data, I can do transformation. But it will take some steps, not that convenient to use the BRIK files in postssium.
