Hi Jiongjiong,
The problem is that the realtime plugin was creating
datasets without space for markers (since it had never
been used for anatomicals before now). The realtime
plugin has been updated to do that, but I don't know
when the scanner computers might get a more recent set
of AFNI binaries.
Until then, you will just need to run "3drefit -markers"
on the anatomical datasets. That will create the marker
space in them (it will not modify the data, it will only
create blank markers for afni to edit).
For example, if you have anat+orig, then run:
3drefit -markers anat+orig
