AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Rick,

I half suspected that it ran into some upper limit.

Hm, let's see. The beta values for that stimulus range from -1.15 to 0.28, which does strike me as a bit odd (the negative value), but it's the same for all four stimuli, and by design there is an ambiguity about baseline, because I don't have very many timepoint were none of the stimuli is active.

The matrix condition value 3dDeconvolve spits out is 12.4691, the inverse average error is 3.2e-14.

What's the R-matrix?

Cheers,
Kai
