Hello,
How would one go about coding for compound trial types in a stimulus file? Do you just code the first TR that an individual trial type occurs or do you have to code for each TR that it is occcuring? For example, I have in the experiment I am analyzing different trial types, a visually guided saccade trial type that lasts for 1 TR, a long delay trial type that lasts for 6 TRs (1TR cue, 4 TR delay, 1 TR motor response), and a short delay trial type that lasts for 3 TRs (1 TR cue, 1 TR delay, 1 TR motor response)

If the presentation of events occured in the following manner:
Fixation 2 TRs
Memory (Long) 6 TRs
Fixation 2 TRs
Memory (short) 3 TRs
FIX 4 TRs
VGS 1 TR
Should I code the stimulus file as:

Cue Delay-Short Delay-Long Motor
0 0 0 0
0 0 0 0
1 0 0 0
0 1 0 0
0 1 0 0
0 1 0 0
0 1 0 0
0 0 0 1
0 0 0 0
0 0 0 0
1 0 0 0
