AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I'm running ubuntu linux 5.10, and when I try to run the @auto_tlrc script, I'm getting the following crash during the 3dWarpDrive portion of the script:

Fatal Signal 11 (SIGSEGV) received
mri_warp3D_align_setup
3dWarpDrive main
Bottom of Debug Stack
*** Program Abort ***
Error: Failed in 3dWarpDrive

I was having trouble with the skull stripping portion before, but I've since remedied that. My version of afni is Version AFNI_2005_09_06_0927, and I believe I've got the right libraries. Any thoughts?
