AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Well, when I look at them in afni, they look fine. However, I get this message when I use afni in their directory:

** Can't find anat parent PPC_ORgtdWt9YsZTUKhSEC2B6g of /home/fmriuser/abin/TT_N27+tlrc.HEAD
** Can't find anat parent RWC_HZ6leNMfKwp10iTTg78zaA of /home/fmriuser/abin/TT_icbm452+tlrc.HEAD

Does that mean anything to you? It's somewhat over my head. I had my fingers crossed that the new version of afni would contain working files. (I just updated this morning.) I got another version of the 452 average template from the ucla website mentioned in the help file for auto tlrc, but it's in an incompatible format (mayo analyze, I think.) and I have yet to convert it. I'll post again if I can make that work, though.
