AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

I am using the -prefix ppp option in 3dclust. The output looks fine, the clusters make sense and in the summary table there is message that afni wrote the new dataset, however, this dataset has not in fact been written out to disk.

I am running 3dclust on a sub-brik of a bucket dataset using the following command line:

3dclust -prefix clust_where1_9 -1noneg -1clip 50 5 400 nwhere1_2+orig'[9]'

Any pointers are much appreciated.
