AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Sarah,

I had noticed that problem a while ago, but forgot about it.
The problem is the way 3dclust was written to create a new
dataset. It does not work when the input is specified using
the '[sub-brick]' format.

So until we actually fix that problem, you'll have to avoid
the sub-brick syntax for this particular case. i.e. try

3dbucket -prefix nwhere_2_9 nwhere1_2+orig'[9]'
3dclust -prefix clust_where1_9 -1noneg -1clip 50 5 400 nwhere1_2_9+orig

Sorry,

- rick
