I plan on using sagittal acquisition on my next experiment.

Currenly with the axial data, during preprocessing, for each run, I use:

to3d to make the 3d+time dataset

then

3dTshift to time-shift slice data as though they were collected simultanously at each volume

then

3dTcat to concatenate all three runs

then

3dVolreg to do the motion correction.


Would I do anything different in this general scheme when using the 2d program? Would/could I use it on the slice-wise data before 3dTshift, for example?
