Hi Aparna,
Are those mosaic images? You have 22 files, yet the to3d
command claims that there are 484 slices (22^2). Does
that mean that each of your files is one volume time point
of 22 slices, and that there are 22 such volumes?
Dimon does not handle mosaics, it only handles single
slice image files. So if your volumes are mosaic, then
you will need to generate the correct to3d command,
without using Dimon (we can help with that).
If you have only 22 slices (one per file), then we may need
you to upload the data, to figure out what is going on.
Thanks,
- rick
